How to translate ?

How can I help ?

We always need new translators to help with localization of VLC. You can create a localization for an unsupported language, help the translators of one given language (either by translating or by reviewing)

Since most of the translation work has moved to transifex, you will probably want to check out the current information instead of the following, slightly deprecated information.

For each existing language, there is a translation maintainer. You should contact him to coordinate help.
